Anthony's coal fired pizza began as a dream rooted in three generations of Italian culinary tradition. When Anthony Rossi arrived in Philadelphia in 2010, he brought with him not just recipes, but a deep understanding of what makes truly exceptional pizza.
Our journey started with a simple belief: that great pizza comes from great ingredients, traditional methods, and genuine care for every customer who walks through our doors. We built our first coal-fired oven by hand, sourcing bricks from the same quarry used by pizzerias in Naples.
Today, we continue to honor that tradition while serving our community with the same passion that started it all. Every pizza that leaves our kitchen carries with it the love and dedication that has made us Philadelphia's trusted neighborhood pizzeria.
